As a Buyer, you need an agent who is acting on your behalf and looking out for your best interests at every stage of the sale process.

I will act exclusively as your agent, advising and representing you in order to ensure that you purchase at the lowest possible price.

• Convenience. You are always welcome to come to my office; however, I will always come to you if you prefer.
• Benefit from my Experience, particularly in the art of Negotiation. I will draft your Agreement of Purchase and Sale and negotiate it with the Seller on your behalf.
• Save Time. Because I have accurate, current, complete information on prime residences available for sale in every price range, less of your valuable time is required in finding the perfect home for you. I can provide you with
  • the asking price of any property,
  • complete information with respect to any property you have seen advertised,
  • the sale price of any property,
  • historical sales data, and
  • information regarding real estate lawyers, mortgage brokers, real estate appraisers, home inspectors, and land surveyors.
• Sourcing properties that are not currently on the market. If what you are looking for is not currently available for sale, I will go and find it.
• Preferential Financing. I can usually arrange for you to obtain mortgage financing at lower than market rates. Why pay more interest than you have to!
